In order to meet this requirements the Cosmopolitan technology of Maritime College (CTM) is established in the Chennai city. The college is committed to train young citizens of India to Embark on a wonderful and prosperous career in merchant navy under the guidelines of D.G Shipping with INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION conventions, protocols and guidelines for seafarers.
