Overview

The Educational Society widened its educational services by opening “Sathyasai Teacher Training Institute” in the year 2006. It made phenomenal progress to become one of the premier Teacher Training Institutes in Tamilnadu.The Institute is situated in Kamarajar nagar which was named after Peruthalaivar Kamarajar, who was the organizer of Indian National Congress held at AVADI for the first time in Tamilnadu in 1955. The college is located at the heart of Avadi town, a self-contained Township well-known for its serene environment, secular establishments like the industries, co-operative community life, conforming to the high spiritual ideals of their faith. It is situated at a distance of about twenty km. from the city of Chennai on its western periphery. It is conveniently connected to the railway station and bus-stand.
