Sree Saraswathy Thyagaraja College, Pollachi was Established in the year 1997, Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College is a co – educational, self-financing institution that seeks to impart value-based education and training to help the students to measure up to the demands of a highly competitive environment. The College is affiliated to Bharathiar University and the MBA and MCA programmes offered at STC have been approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. Set in sylvan surroundings, the College ensures that the students learn in a conducive academic environment with the state of the art infrastructural facilities.STC, established in 1997, the Golden Jubilee year of India’s independence, by V.S.V. Vidhyaa Mandir, a charitable trust, has just completed its 16th year. The trust, recognizing the need for higher education, set-up the college with a determined vision to provide collegiate education to the students hailing from rural areas in and around Pollachi.The college obtained affiliation from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and commenced its educational journey on the auspicious day of Vijayadasami in the year 1997.
