Overview

Named in the memory of the great Mathematician of 12th century, Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences (BCAS) was started in October,1995. Located in a beautiful campus spread over a huge area of 10 acres at Dwarka, the college is recognised as one of the most remarkable institutes in Delhi. It is affiliated to the University of Delhi and is fully funded by the Government of National territory of Delhi. Various self oriented professional courses are taught here such as Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation and Food Technology. The prime focus of the college is to impart a holistic education to its students that goes way beyond the academic excellence and vocational training. Both teaching and non-teaching staff is highly efficient, dedicated and supportive who tend to help students at every step, thereby providing a different perspective to them. There exists 12 departments in total in the college out of which 10 departments have 3 well-equipped labs each.
