Overview
An NGO named "Defence Officers' Society for Fire Prevention and Disaster Management" found an institution for Fire Engineering and has been successfully running it ever since its inception. Affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Govt. of NCT, Delhi Institute of Fire Engineering (DIFE) imparts properly organized Fire and Industrial Safety Training to the aspiring Fire engineers and is the only college in the entire North India to do that. It is situated in Asia's largest sub-city, Dwarka, New Delhi. The Dwarka region of New Delhi has an abundance of huge, tall buildings that acts as a perfect training space for the students when the Mock Fire Safety Drills are carried out.
The institute has a highly qualified and a fully devoted training team that consists of Fire Scientists, Defence Officers and other Fire experts who, with immense pride claim to know each and everything about Fire from head to toe.
