Overview
Varun Dhaka Institute of Technology was founded in 1999 by Rahul Dhaka Vikas Society. It is affiliated to GGSIPU, NCTE. The institute offers a regular professional Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) courses. The mission of the institute is to accomplish excellence in the field of teacher education and try to produce teachers who can transmit the age old values and maintain the status of teachers. The Syllabus of the course comprises of theory papers, School experience programme, seminars, assignments, workshops and practical work, etc. The total number of allotted seats are 50. The institute caters quality teaching-learning experiences to the students with the use of ICT and field experiences.

It maintains the state of the art facilities – spacious and well furnished air conditioned lecture rooms, well equipped ICT, Science and Psychology laboratories , a magnificent library housing a variety of standard course books, study material, reference books and Book Bank facility. All in all a good place to study.
