Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology conducts CIPET JEE for admission to various Engineering & Technology courses offered by it. The candidates shall be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 250 online. For SC/ST category candidates the application fee shall be Rs. 50 and there is no application fee for candidates belonging to North East Region. North East region includes Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
CIPET JEE is an objective type paper with 100 MCQs from the subjects Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and General Knowledge.
There is a reservation of seats for physically challenged (handicapped) candidates, who are otherwise fit to pursue the course, seats are reserved as per Government of India norms.

If a sufficient number of candidates haven't opted for any particular centre, such centers are liable to be cancelled and next nearest centre will be allotted to the candidate.
The result is likely to be announced in the third week of June 2016. Candidates can use the login ID password to check their result.
Admit cards shall be available on the official website of the institute from the last week of May 2016 onwards.

Physics: Speed, Force, Gravitation, Work, Wave, Speed, Human Eye, Microscope, Heat, Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Electric Current, Domestic Electric Circuit, Energy, Solar System, The Universe, The Earth, Galaxy etc.
Chemistry: Difference types of substances and their nature, Chemical bond, Physical and Chemical Change, Electro-Chemical Cell, Electrolysis, Classification of matter, Types of Fuel, Necessity of Balanced Diet, Mineral Cycle, Ecological Balance, Air, Human Dependence on Natural Resources.
Mathematics: Algebra, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Geometry, Circle.
