Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is held every year to select appropriate students for postgraduate management education. The XLRI conducts the test on behalf of the XAMI. After clearing XAT, students become eligible for admission to 100+ management institutions. The XLRI has been conducting this exam for more than 60 years. It is among the most competitive entrance exams of the country.
The question paper of the exam will contain questions based on the topics of the exam.

XAT-2017 will be a pen-paper based exam. The exam will be conducted in pen-paper mode to ensure that all the students are tested on the same set of questions. The question paper will contain five sections, namely;

The admit card/hall ticket for the exam can be downloaded from the official website from 20th December 2016 onwards.
