MGIMS Medical Exam is conducted by Kasturba Health Society for admission to various Health Science courses such as MBBS and BDS in Government Medical Colleges. MGIMS PMT is one of the most renowned Medical entrance exams in India. It shall be conducted in the cities of Delhi, Allahabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Nagpur.
The exam shall be based on the topics of Biology, Physics and Chemistry studied by the candidates at 10+2 level.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, English, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects from any recognized board. The candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ NT/ VJ/ OBC) in Chemistry, Physics and Biology taken together.

The exam shall have two parts. The first part shall have questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the second part shall contain questions on Gandhian thoughts. The questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, shall be objective type and the questions related to Gandhian thoughts shall be subjective type. The duration shall be three hours for the first and second part each.
The result is likely to be announced in the last week of May 2016. Candidates can check their result online on the official website.
Admit cards shall be available for downloading from the first week of April 2016 at the official web site.
The exam shall be conducted in various test centres located in Delhi, Allahabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Nagpur.
