MHT-CET is a state level medical entrance exam. It is conducted to offer admissions in medical courses such as MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BDS, BPTh, BASLP, BOTh, BP&O and BSc. Nursing. The Government of Maharashtra shall conduct a single combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET-2016 for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses for the academic year 2016-2017.
MH-CET / MHTCET Medical exam syllabus includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
The candidates, who have cleared Class 12 or equivalent and want to pursue undergraduate programmes in Maharashtra engineering colleges, can apply for MHT-CET 2016.
Application fee of Rs. 700 for General Category and Rs. 500 for Maharashtra Backward Class Category candidates is to be paid in cash to the School / Junior College.
The Entrance Test will consist of one question paper of 200 objective type questions, each carrying 1(One) mark and total marks 200 from the subjects:
Physics - 50 Marks
Chemistry - 50 Marks
Biology - 100 Marks
Duration of the paper will be 3 hours.There will be no negative marking
