Overview

RKG Chandrakanta College of Management and Technology for Women was established with a goal to provide high-quality education to women, enabling them to become confident, qualified and capable managers with limitless possibilities. While the field of management and requirement of competent managers has been growing in leaps and bounds, the number of women in the sphere of management remains considerably less. The institute aims to impart management education with a focus on gently grooming students without resorting to harsh military-style methodologies. Along with providing an avenue to learn and excel, students are provided with extra training in the form of personality development programmes and industry training. The flagship Master of Business Administration course is affiliated to UP Technical University and holds approval from AICTE, Ministry of HRD.
