Overview

In the year 2005, Amity University Uttar Pradesh established this institute which was inaugurated by the chairman Dr. Ashok Chauhan. Ever since its inception, it has grown from strength to strength. The courses offered by the college are BA. (Hons.) English, MA English, M. Phil. English and Ph.D. programmes. The Institute also offers part time courses, in addition to these four full time courses. Tailor made training programmes for governmental and non-governmental organisations are also offered by the institute.<br />

AIEBC is contributing to the academic life of the university under the aegis of its director, Dr. Madhulika Jha. Presently, AIEBC consists of 20 well-qualified and experienced faculty members who are actively engaged in teaching, training and research. AIEBC also has an Academic Programme Officer and other support staffs to create the right learning environment. AIEBC is engaged actively in teaching English Business communication courses to different programmes of Amity University as a value added course.<br />

AIEBC has been dynamic in initiating and adding a plethora of courses in graduate, post graduate, doctorates programmes and part time courses from the time it was setup and inaugurated by the chairman of Amity Group of Institutions, Mr. Ashok Chauhan. Governmental and Non-Governmental organisations are offered programmes as per their requirement. The department is spear headed by Dr. Madhulika Jha along with 20 competent faculty members who are actively involved in teaching, training and research. A compatible environment is created under the guidance of an Academic Programme Officer (APO) and the support staff to pave way for meaningful learning. Value added courses in English/Business communication are planned, implemented and executed by AIEBC.<br />
