Overview
Amity Institute of Social Sciences (AISS), was established as a part of Amity University with a mission to impart excellence in the sphere of Social Sciences through teaching and research to contribute to the holistic development of the community and society. Social Sciences are subjects that explore the different aspects of human society such as Political Science, Linguistics, Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Geography, Law, History and Psychology. Courses are available at Bachelor, Master and PhD levels. Qualified faculties from the various spheres of Social Sciences come together to impart knowledge through AISS. Teaching methodologies used at AISS include field visits, program media sessions, expert talks and interactions with industry veterans and NGOs to help students understand the current society situations and requirements.

It is the part of one such university which offers every course,you name it and they will have it.
The courses offered here are mainly social work based and other courses like BA honors
in political science. If you have any kind of interest in this course I would say younshoul prefer it over Delhi University as here there is a studying pattern which is irrelevant in case of DU.Also the exposure provided by Amity is not even comparable to that of an government college. And for recreational proposes my friend Amity won't disappoint you :)
