Overview

School Of Sciences (SOS), in Noida International University (NIU), has an aim of imparting good quality theoretical and practical education in the discrete disciplines of science. The Noida International University is a UGC (University Grants Commission) recognized university and is sponsored by the Maruti Educational Trust. The School of Sciences offers Bachelor's Degree and Master's degree in varied courses of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Bioinformatics and Statistics. Currently, along with these programs, the SOS also offers Doctoral programs in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Chemistry as well. Plan, develop and offer academic programs at, Undergraduate, Post-Graduate and Doctoral levels. The school encourages research in discipline-based as well as systemic areas. It collaborate for the development of programs and courses offered by other schools of NIU. SOS strives to provide learner support using electronic media and participate in the development and monitoring of student support services as well. It delivers consultancy to organizations and training to every single individual. Workshops, conferences and seminars sponsored by national and international agencies are regularly organized with a view to improve transaction of science curriculum.
