Overview

Faculty of Commerce and Management of the SGT University was established with a goal to impart quality education and transform students into competent professionals in the fields of commerce and management. Students at the institute are groomed into becoming excellent corporate sector resources that are confident, qualified, decisive and have leadership abilities. Carefully designed curriculum, experienced and talented faculty are combined with effective teaching methods such as case studies, role playing, group discussions, management games, assignments and presentations to produce dedicated professionals. Regular industry interface through frequent industry visits and guest lectures help understand students to understand the functioning of the industry. Specialized sessions are conducted to encourage entrepreneurship through, Entrepreneurship development workshops and interactions with entrepreneurs. Students are provided with career guidance and counselling, to guide them on their path.
