HK Institute of Management Studies & Research was founded in 2008. Affiliated to the renowned University of Mumbai, the institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and the Government of Maharashtra. The mission of the institute is to develop innovative, principled and socially responsible managers to lead the emerging economy. The institute strives to inculcate corporate social responsibility to help them enhance the quality of life through excellence and leadership in education, research and consultancy. Some of the courses offered by the institute are M.M.S, Postgraduate Diploma Management, etc. The vision of the institute is to build on its distinctive position as a leading research–based group of educational institutions dedicated to management and technical education, business ethics and corporate excellence. It makes a multi–disciplinary approach to theory and practice of international companies, offering managers a unique understanding of the field in which they must compete.
