Overview
ITM Institute of Hotel Management was established in the year 2002 by Prof. P. V. Ramana. It is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Queen Margaret University and the University of Mumbai. The institute has made landmark progress and has made an impact in the hospitality scenario. The aim of the institute is to offer industry relevant curriculum to meet the ever growing demands of the service sector. It endeavors to encourage students to critically reflect on the theoretical & practical approaches to provide service in the hospitality industry. The institute offers courses such as B.A. International Hospitality And Tourism Management, Diploma in Patisserie and Confectionery, etc. The objective of the institute is to provide students with the ability to cultivate, establish and meet human needs to identify and solve profession related problems in a creative way.

At ITM the things which will help you become successful are extensive classroom instructions, case analysis, individual and group projects. The curriculum and the depth of coverage are at par with that of the top B-Schools in the country. Thus you can experience the new-ness of things, so I would say that it’s the best college to bet upon.

Here I came to know that ITM helps in developing an individual with strong fundamental and conceptual skills and capability, combined with a deep sense of ethical values and social responsibility. They emphasize that individuals should experience the simulated environment of the corporate world of decision making. So overall development is taken care of each and every student.
