Overview

Lifesupporters Institute of Health Sciences was founded in 2003. It is a registered not for profit organization, initiated primarily with the intention of encouraging Emergency and Critical Care education modules to save lives and to create a force of trained professionals. LIHS is accredited by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) for imparting pedagogy of its several courses under the patronage of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The institution is also recognized by various organizations from across the world, some of them being, American Heart Association (AHA) International Training Center, (ATLS) American College of Surgeons Advance Trauma Life Support India, Talisman Healthcare Group, Perth, Australia, Priority Dispatch Corporation, USA; to name a few. In India, it has been approved by Life Sciences Sector Skill Development council (LSSDC). The central vision of the institute is to be a premier Emergency Care training center with a passion for excellence. The mission of the institute is to deliver protocol based training in Emergency medical Services and trauma care to healthcare providers. It also empowers health care providers and community to save lives. Some of the courses offered by the institute are Certificate Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, etc.
