Roshan Taneja School of Acting was founded in 1963 by the eminent professor, Roshan Taneja. This school is universally acknowledged to be amongst the leading schools in Mumbai and India. It is affiliated to the prestigious University of Mumbai. The acting methodology at the institute has evolved over the years after struggling with the bad practices that prevailed. It proffers a 4-Month Comprehensive Diploma Course for aspiring and professional actors keeping in mind the current trends and requirements of the industry. The institute offers courses such as Diploma in Acting, Crash Course in Acting, etc. Actors are trained with the professional course and curriculum designed by Prof. Roshan Taneja himself. The course content includes several acting exercises, movement and voice, speech and also allied courses like dance, Action and Yoga under the supervision of some of the best in the business. They also comprise of making portfolios and shooting of Acting practices on camera which are further used for analytical purposes.
