Overview

Xavier Institute of Communications was founded in 1969. The institute was established by the Catholic Bishops. Being a professional media centre, the institute proffers a variety of services in training and production. XIC impart an education which will help its students in becoming successful global citizens of the world. The institute thus, offers an education which inculcates values which are integral to the institute’s cultural offerings. For the fulfilment of this goal, the institute has adopted a teaching pedagogy which is flexible, experimental, innovative and which promotes professionalism. The institute ultimately wants to produce industry professionals and experts who would eventually become a core part of the global human community. There are several Diploma and Certification courses offered by XIC and has rankings among the leading non-government media centres in the entire Asia.

1. They have an amazing campus. The old world charm and the vintage building is the best.

2. The program is industry relevant.

3. The teachers are professionals and in the industry and hence teach relevant.

4. There are NO exams!! Only regular (and hectic) assignments and projects.

5. Very updated and tech friendly campus.
