Overview

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) as part of its corporate social responsibility and Pravara Rural Education Society(PRES) as part of its aim to impart quality training in the field of education have signed an MoU to jointly impart training in the field of Aviation.

The Institute is located at HAL Premises. Currently Pravara Rural Education Society's HAL-Pravara Aviation Institute offers courses in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. The institute has been approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India and affiliated to University of Mumbai. HAL-Pravara Aviation Institute has the support of infrastructure, technical labs and faculty from HAL, Aircraft Division, Nasik.

The exposure available to the students due to the labs and workshops for on-the-job training in the factory premises is unmatched. Suitably qualified and experienced visiting faculty from HAL's training department has also proven to be an asset unique to our institute.

Mandatory Clearence: AME and B. Sc. Aeronautics courses are approved respectively by the Director General of Civil Aviation (Govt. of India) and the University of Mumbai. The courses are closely monitored and controlled by doing regular audits and inspections.
