Overview

ITM Institute of Hotel Management was founded in 2002. The institute is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Queen Margaret University and the University of Mumbai. It offers courses like B.A. International Hospitality & Tourism Management, Diploma in Patisserie and Confectionery and B.A. International Culinary Arts, etc. The institute insists on the introduction of an international curriculum, specifically integral as an evolving and dynamic logic to an already intensifying global competition, existing on the customers’ demand for high value, leaving the hospitality executives with almost no margin for error. The institute strives to provide an industry-oriented syllabus to the students. It also aspires to motivate its students to ponder on the theoretical and practical approaches to aspects of behavior, organization and the structure of work in the service sector.
