Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering was founded in 1994. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is recognized by AICTE, DTE and the Govt. of Maharashtra. The institute was established by the Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha and offers various academic programs at undergraduate, postgraduate (masters) and postgraduate (doctorate) levels, some being B.E.
