RAMANA ACADEMY OF MARITIME STUDIES are committed to provide prompt and Cross-effective Quality Service in the field of Maritime Training Courses to all our Valued Candidates, by ensuring Competent Quality Training by suitably qualified and experienced Faculty as per IMO Standard and / or as per the Directorate General of Shipping, Goverment of India requirements.

No charges other than fees for Training or for providing Training to Candidates are borne directly or indirectly by the candidates for the purpose of Training.

Medical examination will be borne by the candidates for admission.

Personal records of employment personal data, sea service, Qualification, Medical data etc. including collection, storage, combination and communication of such data to the third parties will be treated as confidential information, and will be used only for the purpose of training.

Academy will provide Training to all qualified and competent candidates without and discriminatory policy irrespective of their race, colour, religion, sex, region, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.

Academy will not train any crew/candidate who has been found or reported as disobedient or advised unfit by the doctor.

The quality objectives of RAMANA ACADEMY OF MARITIME STUDIES is to become a leader in our chosen field of Maritime Training, for Service realization Quality objectives / targets will be set at relevant functions and levels within the organization.

To achieve that therefore:

We will monitor customer satisfaction and will work to enhance customer satisfaction yearly by 5% till 31.12.2014, on basis of feedback received from candidates on course completion.

We will increase our Training Quality up to 20% by evaluating our Faculty and Staff on yearly basis by 31.12.2014.
