Overview

Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital was founded in 1989 with a goal to provide quality education in the field of dentistry to the region. Initially, the College was affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University but in 1996, it became a part of the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Recognised by the Dental Council of India, B.D.S and M.D.S (8 specializations) courses are available. The college gives great emphasis on real-life, practical and simulated based learning through its advanced infrastructure that includes advanced clinics and laboratories with all the latest equipment. Students are also exposed to the state-of-the-art Operation Theatre of the Bharati Hospital. The encouraging environment along with excellent faculty have produced dental professionals that have met success in private practice, self-employment and higher studies.
