Established in 1997, AISSM'S College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology provides education and practical knowledge to the future hospitality professionals. The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and is approved by AICTE, UGC, Govt. of Maharashtra. The Institutions works under the aegis of the All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society which was founded in 1917. The founder of the college, Late Shri Shrimant Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur and H.H. Late Alija Bahadur Madhavrao Scindia Maharaj of Gwalior, encouraged this noble cause of knowledge. AISSM'S CHMCT is ISO 9001-2008 certified that assures standardization of its performance and uniformity of the graduates. The vision of the institute is to attain distinction in the areas of Research and Hospitality Education and become the most excellent destination for placement. The main aim of the Institute is to emancipate the students to achieve the challenges of the dynamic industrial environment and develop opportunities in their particular disciplines.
