Overview

Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, a constituent of Metropolitan Group of Institutes was founded in 2007. It is approved by IGNOU, MSBTE, MUHS and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, YCMOU. The objective of the institute is to provide latest skills and information as required for the market enabled services in various industry sectors. The Group runs various institutes such as Metropolitan Institute of Arts, Commerce and Science, MET Mahavidyalaya, Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, etc. The institute offers BBA in Hotel and Tourism Management, B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies, etc. All the courses are at the level of Government recognised Degrees, Masters and Diplomas proffered in affiliation to recognised Universities like University of Pune (UOP), YCMOU. The mission is to provide adequate industry exposure to enhance the employment potential of participating students.
