Panduran Shmrao Mulgaonkar Vishesh Shikshan Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya was founded in 1998 by SuhrudMandal. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institute aspires to create awareness about difficulties of hearing impaired among the general public by writing articles, workshops, lectures, demonstrations, etc. To fulfill these objectives various meetings and plans are made. The purpose of the institute is to provide aid to the students who have a hearing problem to help them to lead a life as an average person. The mission is to impart meaningful vocational training to enable rehabilitation and create information bank of issues concerned with hearing impairment. It is one of a kind institution in the country working for the welfare of the people who have a hearing problem and assist them well so that they can perform well in their daily life.
