Overview
Poona College of Pharmacy was founded in 1981 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam. It is approved by Govt of India, NAAC, NBA, UGC and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The vision of the institute is to create a centre of excellence for education and research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The institute offers postgraduate course such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and many more. The college has been conducting continuous education programs for retail pharmacists and FDA officers. The purpose of the institute is to create a learning environment while helping students to add value in all fields of business activity. It strives to inculcate human values in management education and research for enabling our graduates to effectively lead society in the emerging global world.
