Overview

Lokmanya Tilak College of Teacher Education was founded in the year 1941 by the Shikshan Prasarak Mandali. The college was established with the prime objective of producing well-trained and qualified teachers who'd work for the welfare of the Indian education sector and contribute to the nation's progress. The college offers various courses in education at Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral levels. All these courses have been approved by NAAC and UGC, and the institution is affiliated to Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. As a result of the tremendous hard work and tireless efforts of the college, it has come a long way since its establishment and is now considered one of the most prestigious institutes of Education in India.
