Rudraveni Muthuswamy Polytechnic College was founded by Late Sri. R. Muthuswamy Naidu in 1997. It is situated in a rural area near the serene, tranquil town of Udumalpet. The Polytechnic has taken its strategic and rapid strides in reaching to the remotest village and offers technical education to a considerable number of poor students. The institution aims to respond to the need of the rapidly changing economy in tune with the emerging technologies of the world and through their sincere efforts, they impart innovative and ethical wisdom in the students which further uplifts them professionally. The courses which are offered by this college are Mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, electronic and communication engineering and computer engineering.
