Overview

Sri Balaji College of Education, Arni is promoted by Thirumathi Kannammal Education Trust. The trust was established in 1985 with the main objective of fostering Higher Education in Tamil Nadu. With this objective, the SBCE has been established as one among the chain of colleges by the trust. The management encourages students to follow a strict disciplined approach in their training programme to enable them to acquire the latest theoretical and practical knowledge and become full-fledged teachers in their respective fields. The college is recognised by National Council For Teacher Education and affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. The Institute is well equipped with all modern facility. The institute has well maintained library with wide range of books collection and journals. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Sri Balaji College of Education, Arni in its various departments.
